1/2 cup of Elderflower liqueur
One 1.5L bottle of white wine (we used Pinot Grigio)
One cup of Rainier and Dark Sweet Cherries, pitted
2 Peaches, cut into quartered slices
1 large orange, cut into orange slices
5-7 leaves of fresh lemon balm or mint
Directions
- Add the cut fruit to the bottom of a medium size pitcher.
- Pour in orange liqueur and elderflower liqueur. Add bottle of white wine.
- Stir gently and chill for 1 to 2 hours to allow the fruit to infuse.
- Pour into ice filled glasses. Top with lemon balm or mint.
Tips
- 1. *You can substitute Grans gala with triple sec for a sweeter flavor.
- 2. If desired, add a flavored sparkling water. Try Polar sparkling water-Dark Cherry flavor.
