Ingredients
- Salad
5 ounce bag of argula
2 large peaches, cut into pieces
2 large heirloom tomatoes, cut into pieces
6 ounce of burrata cheese, broken into pieces*
3 Tbsp. of fresh mint, chopped
Salt and fresh cracked pepper
- Vinaigrette
2 Tbsp. of hot honey (we use Mike’s hot honey)**
2 Tbsp. of white balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp. of dijon mustard
1 tsp. of water
Pinch of kosher salt
Directions
- Salad
- Simply place arugula on a serving platter and layer remaining ingredients. Drizzle with vinaigrette.
- Vinaigrette
- Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Tips
- 1. *Burrata Cheese is very soft and will not slice easily. Just add the creamy chunks to the salad. Burrata cheese can be substituted with fresh mozzarella.
- 2. **Plain honey can be substituted for hot honey if you or your guest do not enjoy spicy flavors.
