Tips and Nutritional Value (source: healthline.com and Joy Bauer’s book: Joy’s Simple Food Remedies)
- 1. * Prepared bottled dressing can be used instead of making crema. We love Bolthouse Farms Salsa Verde Avocado Yogurt dressing.
- 2. To keep extra already assembled tacos warm, wrap entirely in foil keep in oven on low heat (175 degrees)
- 3. Serve with our Lemony Grain and Kale Salad.
- 4. Like we have mentioned before, Salmon is a fantastic source of Omega-3 fatty acids and protein (22 grams per serving). This reduces inflammation and keeps your belly full!
