Turmeric Roasted Cauliflower

minutesWe think roasting just about all vegetables makes them taste better! The dry heat of the oven caramelizes the natural sugars in the vegetable which creates an amazing sweet and nutty flavor! Plus, it is so easy!!!
Ingredients
1 large head of cauliflower, cut into 1 inch florets
3 Tbsp. of avocado oil
1 tsp. of turmeric
1/2 tsp. of smoked paprika
1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
1 tsp. kosher salt
1/2 tsp. of fresh ground black pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- On a large baking sheet, spread out the cauliflower.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine avocado oil, turmeric, smoked paprika, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper. Drizzle the mixture over the cauliflower and toss to coat. Â
- Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until the cauliflower is browned and tender, turning halfway through cooking.
