minutesThis recipe is so simple and perfect use for summer ripe peaches.  It can be used with chips or as a fresh condiment for meat or fish!
Ingredients
2 cups of diced peaches
1/4 cup of minced red onion
1/2 cup of diced red bell pepper
1 minced jalapeño (remove ribs and seeds to reduce the heat level if desired)
1/3 cup of chopped cilantro (optional)
1 tsp of sweet chili sauce
Juice of one lime
2 Tbsp. julienne basil (thin strips)
Salt and pepper
Directions
- Place all of the ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Can also be made one day ahead.
