It’s citrus season and we are in love with cara cara oranges. These seedless oranges are not only a beautiful blend of pinkish-red and orange colors, but they are sweet, salty, tangy with a hint of cranberry or blackberry. The flavor of these oranges create a very refreshing margarita.. plus some extra vitamin C!

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces of fresh squeezed orange juice, (4 oranges)

  • 2 ounces of Mezcal

  • 1 ounce of triple sec or cointreau

  • 1 ounce of fresh squeezed lime juice

Directions

  • In a cocktail shaker, combine all the ingredients. Shake well.
  • Pour over lots of ice.
  • Garnish with orange slices and fresh rosemary
