3-4 pints of your favorite ice cream
Directions
- Follow the directions for our flourless brownie recipe: Flourless Chocolate Brownies with Cinnamon
- Instead of baking the batter all together we separated the batter in half and baked in two 8×8 pans. Also, line the bottom of the pans with parchment paper, leaving about 4″ of paper hanging over the sides.
- Bake for approximately 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out barely clean.
- Allow brownies to completely cool.
- Thaw ice cream for 5-10 minutes. On one of the halves of the brownies, use a rubber spatula and spread the ice cream over the top.
- On the other brownie half, peel off the parchment paper and place on top of the ice cream.
- Cover with foil and freeze for at least 6 hours. Overnight is best.
- When ready to cut, use the parchment to list the entire block out. Use a sharp knife to cut into 9 pieces.
