Honestly…. the colors and flavors of fresh summer vegetables and fruit are perfect ingredients for a charcuterie cheese board. Add some delicious cheese’s and meats from Trader Joe’s and you have a perfect appetizer for entertaining or for a summer meal. Just add some wine! Below are the Trader Joe’s ingredients we used and suggest but you can pretty much make a charcuterie and cheese board any way you want!

Ingredients

  • Cheeses
  • Smoked cheddar with paprika

  • White stilton cheese with mango and ginger

  • Manchego cheese

  • Meats
  • Chianti red wine artisan salami

  • Prosciutto

  • Veggies and Fruit
  • Mangos

  • Green grapes

  • Kirby cucumbers

  • Snow peas

  • Other Ingredients
  • Pitted kalamata olives

  • Roasted garlic hummus

  • Stone Wall Kitchen mango chutney

  • Seeded mango and ginger crisps

  • Multigrain crackers

  • Chile spiced dried mangos

  • Guara Almonds

Directions

  • As mentioned in our previous charcuterie and cheese board recipe we think about spacing, color and texture. Again, we start with three bowls placed strategically on the board. This time we filled then with kalamata olives, garlic hummus and the mango chutney.
  • From here we added our seasonal fruits and veggies. We chose vibrant seasonal colors!
  • Next, we added the meats and cheeses, in which we cut the cheese into slices, or cut into wedges. Again all our ingredients were from Trader Joe’s!
  • Finally we fill in all the remaining spaces to make sure the board is nice and full! For the remaining spaces we chose to fill them in with the mango and ginger crisps, multigrain crackers, chile spiced dried mangos and guara almonds.
