Tacos on a taco tray is a treat any day! Your family and friends will not only be impressed by the idea, but they will be able to build their own taco. One of the reasons we love the concept of using a taco try or board is because there are no rules! You can pick and choose the ingredients and customize it to best feed the number of people you are serving. See below what our taco tray includes (these are just suggestions.)

Ingredients

  • Pork (refer to our citrus jalapeno pulled pork recipe)

  • Cauliflower (refer to our cauliflower taco recipe)

  • Corn tortilla shells ( we highly recommend trader joe’s corn tortilla)

  • Fresh salsa

  • Black beans

  • Pickled jalapeños

  • Crumbled queso cheese

  • Cilantro

  • Avocado

  • Grapefruit

  • Creamy chipotle lime sauce (this recipe is also in our cauliflower taco recipe)

Directions

  • As mentioned all ingredients we list are optional, but we think a vegetable and meat option is a good way to go! And you can’t beat the toppings! Once you layer the meat or vegetable you can add fresh salsa, black beans, jalapeños, queso, cilantro and avocado. Then drizzle with a crema for a burst of flavor and we like to top with grapefruit to add some freshness.
  • We hope we inspired you to be creative and build a Taco Tray for your next fiesta!!
