minutesSalmon, an omega-3 rich fish, is probably the most common food cooked on cedar planks. The delicious smoky flavor of the plank is infused into the salmon as it cooks and creates an amazing flavorful, flaky fish. Other benefits include a stable platform for cooking, an impressive presentation and, most importantly, clean up is easy…just throw it away!!!
