We were experimenting in the kitchen one summer afternoon and created what we think is the best summer sangria that tastes just like rosé and it has no added sugar!!

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup of blackberry brandy

  • ¾ cup of triple sec

  • One 1.5 L. bottle of white wine (we used Pinot Grigio)

  • 1 green apple (cut into quartered slices)

  • 1 lemon (cut into whole round slices)

  • 1 lime (cut into whole round slices)

  • 1 white peach (cut into quartered slices)

  • 1 orange (cut into half slices)

Directions

  • Add the cut fruit to the bottom of a medium size pitcher.
  • Pour in blackberry brandy and triple sec. Then top it off with the white wine.
  • Grab a stirring utensil and give the sangria a nice stir so you start to see the drink turn into a rosé color!  Then put it in the fridge to let it chill for 1 to 2 hours.
  • Pour into ice filled glasses and enjoy!

Tip

  • You can always add a can of fruit flavored sparkling water into the pitcher such as lemon or grapefruit. The sangria would be just as delicious!
